Four top high school rock bands will play a free concert at the Annapolis Harbour Center pavilion from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday.
Headlining the concert, part of the Kick Butts Tour, sponsored by the Smoking Stinks program of the Anne Arundel County Department of Health, will be the winner of Battle of the Bands 2008, Stockyard of Severna Park High School.
Also on stage will be Choice (Southern High School); Kramer & Nelson (South River High School) and Mount Weather (Annapolis High Schools).
Throughout the show, teens will receive giveaways, including glow sticks, gift certificates and anti-tobacco literature. The show will be emceed by Danny Mays, Battle of the Bands host.

Activities mark Pub lic Health Week
The Department of Health is observing National Public Health Week, this week, with the theme "The Environment and Your Health."
The Eastport, North County, Provinces, Severna Park and South County public library branches will have book and poster displays, along with fact sheets about recreational water quality, sun safety, Lyme disease, the Bay Restoration Fund and other topics for a healthier community.
Anne Arundel Community College's annual health fair, to be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at the Student Union Dining Hall, will feature information on topics including healthy eating and physical activity, sun safety, alcohol and drug addiction services and reproductive health.
