Red Jumpsuit Apparatus

The lowdown -- Last year, the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus made it big by headlining the Take Action! Tour. Propelled by songs like "Your Guardian Angel," the band has set off on its Unplugged and Unaffected acoustic tour. It begins that tour today at Fletchers accompanied by Amaru.

If you go -- Doors open at 6 p.m.; show time is 7 p.m. Tickets are $11. Fletchers is at 701 S. Bond St. Call 410-558-1889 or go to fletch ersbar.com. Spring Coffeehouse

The lowdown -- A new season means new creations from Open Space Arts, a community art center for middle and high school students. Their Spring Coffeehouse tomorrow features performances by the Studio Theater Company, a reading of works by the Writer's Guild and an improv session with the Freshmonkeys of the Baltimore Improv Group.

If you go -- The show is 7:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. tomorrow at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 705 Main St., Reisterstown. A donation of $5 is encouraged. Call 410-913-0878 or go to osarts.org.

Era of Diversion

The lowdown -- The heavy style of drum and bass music shakes walls and rattles windows. But despite this risk to their building, the Bedrock bravely hosts the Era of Diversion tour tomorrow. The two-room event features headliners Evol Intent, Dylan and five other DJs.

If you go -- The show is at 8 p.m. $5. The Bedrock is at 401 W. Baltimore St. Call 410-685-7665 or go to www.bedrockbaltimore. com
