Assault -- A man, 33, was arrested Saturday evening and charged with assaulting a woman in a house in the 1200 block of N. Broadway when she refused to have sex with him. The man, whose name was not available, was being held at Central Booking and Intake Center. Police said the woman was not seriously injured.

Burglary/stolen vehicle -- Someone entered a house in the 600 block of N. Linwood Ave., stole a set of keys then entered a garage and stole the occupant's blue 2002 Lexus with tags LHE 869.
Burglary -- CDs and stereo receivers - all valued at $2,000 - were stolen between March 2 and Friday from a house in the 2900 block of E. Baltimore St. by someone who entered through a rear basement window.
Burglary -- A TV, a computer, video games, a gold ring and an iPod - all valued at $2,000 - were stolen over the weekend from a house in the 100 block of N. Janney St. by someone who entered through a rear door.
Stolen vehicle -- A black 1993 Chevrolet 1500 pickup truck with tags 50S 167 was stolen between Friday and Saturday in the first block of S. Conkling St.
Stolen vehicle -- Police were seeking a black 2000 Toyota with New Jersey tag KYN25G that was stolen over the weekend in the 2700 block of Hudson St.
Stolen vehicle -- A silver 2003 Nissan Altima with tags 5CF D16 was parked in the 2300 block of Eastern Ave. on Friday when someone stole it.

Robbery -- Police were seeking a man who entered the pharmacy area at K-Mart in the 8900 block of Waltham Woods Road about 5:30 p.m. Saturday and forced the pharmacist to give him several brands of narcotics - all valued at nearly $1,500 - from a safe while implying he was armed with a handgun. Before fleeing, the man ripped a telephone from the pharmacy wall.
Burglary -- For the second time in two weeks, someone entered an exterior storage area in the rear of Bill Bateman's Bistro in the 8800 block of Waltham Woods Road over the weekend and stole 10 empty aluminum beer kegs.

Thefts -- Several vehicles were parked on Warren Road at the Warren Lodge Apartments between Thursday and Friday when someone broke into them and stole a cell phone, trash bags, cash and a vehicle registration card.
