Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Eastern

Arrest -- Two police detectives were in the 1600 block of E. 25th St. about 9 p.m. Wednesday when they ordered several youths loitering there to move. When one 15-year-old refused, he was detained while the officers ran a warrant check and found that the youth, a resident of the 1600 block of Cliftview Ave., was wanted in the shooting and attempted murder of a male on Oct. 29. The youth was being detained at the city's Juvenile Detention Center.

Arrests -- Two East Baltimore men were arrested Wednesday and charged with the armed robbery of a couple walking in Old Town Mall on Sunday. Charged with two counts of armed robbery, robbery, assault and felony theft are Tyrone Hardy, 21, of the 700 block of Wharton Court and Jerry Dixon, 22, of the 1000 block of Wharton Court.

Southwestern

Shooting -- A man was shot in the side about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 2300 block of Wheatley Drive in Wakefield and was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Details were not available.

Baltimore County

White Marsh

Burglary -- An aluminum ladder and several collectible Gunther beer cans - all valued at $450 - were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 4200 block of Klein Ave.

Burglary -- Jewelry, video games and a laptop computer - all worth $3,200 - were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 7600 block of Greenwood Ave.

Essex

Robbery -- A gunman stole more than $100 from a BP station in the first block of Carroll Island Road about 11 p.m. Wednesday.

Towson

Robbery -- Police were seeking a gunman who entered Royal Farms in the 7200 block of York Road about 12:10 a.m. Wednesday, jumped over the counter and removed an undisclosed sum from a cash register.
