An article in Sunday's editions of The Sun on rural bridges and roads in Baltimore County included a list that incorrectly characterized the status of seven road-widening projects. Those sections of roads have already been widened as part of safety improvements.

An item in Sunday's 2B column misstated the year when Wallace Mathai-Davis bought a home on Greenspring Avenue in Baltimore County. He purchased it in 2002.

A headline on Saturday's Back Story column listed an incorrect neighborhood for Ruth Snead, 91. She had lived in Homeland.

An article in Sunday's editions incorrectly stated the number of subprime mortgages in Maryland. The number has grown to about 130,000 loans in the third quarter of last year from about 12,800 during the corresponding period in 2000.

An brief in Thursday's LIVE section misstated the dates of the Baltimore Society of Model Engineers' February open houses. They take place Feb. 3 and 10.
