The Harford County Development Advisory Committee serves as a forum for the review of subdivision and site plans submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning by those seeking building permits. The committee will review the following proposals at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the second-floor conference room of the Harford County government building, 220 S. Main St., Bel Air:

Forest Lake-Commercial Phase II Lots 3 & 4

Location: West side of Rock Spring Road (Route 24), south of Osborne Parkway.

Developer: Deborah Jennings Dowdy/Frederick Ward Associates.

Description: Subdivide parcel 170 into two buildable lots, 1.79 acres.

1402 E. Churchville Road

Location: North side of Churchville Road (Route 22), west of Econ Drive.

Developer: Nahid Shahry/L.G. Wolfe Associates Inc.

Description: Convert existing residence to dental office, 0.427 acres.

Magnolia Recreation Complex

Location: Southeast corner of Trimble and Fort Hoyle roads.

Developer: Harford County/G. W. Stephens & Associates/G.E.. Fielder & Associates.

Description: Development of two softball and three soccer fields, 86.33 acres.

Joppa Salvage

Location: North side of Pulaski Highway (U.S. 40), west of Joppa Road.

Developer: Joppa 420 LLC/CNA.

Description: Construct 5,000 square foot building for existing metal/salvage yard, 2.7 acres.

Many Heights

Location: West side of Conowingo Road (U.S. 1), and south side of the Bel Air Bypass at the end of Henderson Road.

Developer: Many Heights LLC/John and Patricia Kelly/Wilson Deegan & Associates.

Description: Create 117 single-family residential lots, 41.07 acres.
