ASIAN 'WONDERS'

Celebrate the holidays with an Asian twist at the show "Holiday Wonders," presented by New Tang Dynasty Television. Traditional Chinese performances are at the center of the show, which will be at the Lyric Opera House on Tuesday. A mixture of elaborate costumes, backdrops and choreography is given a Western holiday tweak.

BOP ALONG

Kids get their own version of a rock concert when Kidz Bop, based on the children's audio series, comes to life on this world tour. The show features a full band with lead vocals shared by kids and adults. Audience members are encouraged to participate in dance contests and sing along.

HOLIDAYS WITH THE BSO

The stage at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall will be crowded when the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra's "Holiday Spectacular" returns for another year. The Broadway-style show includes more than 100 singers, dancers and musicians, two 30-foot-tall nutcrackers and extravagant costumes. The orchestra will perform holiday songs along with host and vocalist Mike Eldred. New songs and favorites from past shows -- including "Santa Tap" and "Twas the Night Before Christmas" -- are on the program.
