Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Southeastern

Victim named -- Police yesterday identified the man shot Monday night in the 6100 block of Boston St. in O'Donnell Heights and who died that night at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center as Artavius Tubman, 24, of the 400 block of Watty Court. Tubman was shot in the head and chest by an unknown assailant and was found by police responding to a report of shots fired. No arrest had been made.

Eastern

Shooting -- A man, 28, was standing outside a carryout in the 300 block of E. North Ave. about 3 a.m. Sunday when an unknown male shot him several times. The victim drove himself to the 800 block of Greenmount Ave., where a policeman summoned an ambulance. The man was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital for treatment and was expected to survive.

Robbery -- Police were seeking two men, one armed with a baseball bat and the other with a knife, who attacked and robbed a man, 30, of $22 while the victim walked in the 800 block of Kenwood Ave. about 12:20 p.m. Sunday. The victim suffered injuries to both legs and the right thumb and was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Burglary -- Alcoholic beverages of unknown value were stolen early Monday from Luxie's Liquors in the 2000 block of Greenmount Ave. by someone who entered the building through a rear wall.

Western

Burglary -- Someone broke into a house being renovated in the 700 block of N. Mount St. between Saturday and Monday and stole a furnace, the front door, a refrigerator and a stove - all valued at $1,700.

Robbery -- A man, 41, was walking in the 1200 block of Winchester St. on Monday night when another man asked him for the time. Before the victim could respond, the other man pulled out a handgun and robbed him of $2 and a bottle of soda. Before the gunman fled, he ordered the victim to disrobe. The victim complied before calling police.

Baltimore County

White Marsh

Vandalism/theft -- Police were seeking whoever entered the lot at Schaefer & Strohminger in the 4200 block of Ridge Road between Saturday and Monday and stole stereo equipment from at least one vehicle and damaged three others. Losses were set at nearly $2,000.

Essex

Burglary -- Tools and machinery - all valued at more than $3,000 - were stolen between Dec. 5 and Friday from Williams Crane Service in the 700 block of Stemmers Run Road. The incident was reported Monday.

Cockeysville

Burglary -- Someone broke into a house in the 14700 block of Quaker Bottom Road through a rear door between Sunday and Monday and damaged several walls and allowed water to run over in at least one bathroom. Police said damage was extensive and that no property appeared missing.

Franklin

Bank robbery -- Police were seeking a man who entered Royal Bank & Trust in the 10100 block of Reisterstown Road about 3 p.m. Monday while talking on a cell phone and ordered a teller to give him large bills and to place the money in a bag. Police said when the teller did not react fast enough, the man walked away and escaped.

Pikesville

Arson -- Someone poured a flammable liquid onto the exterior of an occupied apartment in the 8000 block of Township Drive about noon Monday and set it on fire. The fire was confined to the exterior and no injuries were reported.
