MGH announced that Kent Doyle, an account supervisor, Meghan Norville, a public relations account manager, and Lindsay Wowk, an account coordinator, have joined the staff of the Owings Mills-based marketing communications agency.


The Maryland Institute College of Art appointed Mikhael Mei Williams as director of media relations for the visual arts school. She will assist in forming and implementing strategies to increase national awareness of the school.

Hospitality and tourism

The Doubletree Inn at the Colonnade named Amy O'Connell director of sales for the Baltimore hotel. She is responsible for new business and maintaining account relationships.

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP elected as partners Christopher B. Lord, business litigation, and Damian J. Mark, corporate and securities section. The Baltimore-based regional law firm also named William F. Ryan Jr. to chair the litigation department and Edward M. Buxbaum as head of the business litigation section.


The American Cancer Society appointed Hector J. Garcia Jr. as vice president of operations at its Baltimore-based South Atlantic division.

Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore Inc. named Cheryl Cassell assistant director for single-family programs.

McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond has added Keith E. Karas as a human resources business partner at the Hunt Valley-based business services and consulting firm.

Maryland Athletic Club named Mary Kim Wilkens site manager for its new MAC Express facility in Hunt Valley.

Merkle appointed Christian Wright as chief technology officer and Barry Smith as chief information officer for the Lanham-based database marketing agency.

e.magination said J. Allen Hill joined the Baltimore online design firm as a senior project manager.


Integral Systems Inc. appointed Jeffrey A. Rosolio as vice president of human resources for the Lanham-based provider of ground satellite systems.
