The Baltimore County Public Library named Thomas A. Lehner facilities services coordinator. He has responsibility for the daily planning, supervision and administration of facility development, alteration and maintenance operations.

The state Department of Disabilities said Mike A. Bullis was appointed executive director of the Maryland Technology Assistance Program.


The College of Notre Dame of Maryland appointed Sharon Markley Proutt special assistant to the president of the North Baltimore college.

Tremont Hotels said Jaime Velasquez joined the Baltimore hotel group as executive chef.

Sodexho Inc. named James Taylor president of the senior services division for the Gaithersburg-based international food and facilities management services company.

Banking and finance

Jack E. Steil was named president of Wilmington Trust Federal Savings Bank Maryland.

Provident Bank appointed Wendy Martin Brown, business employer services division, and Paul E. Caywood and Andrew Q. Le, both of the treasury division, as vice presidents of the Baltimore bank.

Susquehanna Bank named Deborah Goldberg a vice president in its Hunt Valley-based small-business association lending division.

Legal and insurance

Paley Rothman said Steven L. Goldberg, bankruptcy/creditors' rights and litigation practice, and Tracey L. Perrick, litigation, family law and appellate practice, joined the Bethesda law firm as associates.


The Arc of Baltimore appointed Greg M. Derwart as chief operating officer of the Baltimore-based service organization for the developmentally disabled.

Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care selected Joy Hogan Rozman as its chief operating officer for the Easton-based group, which focuses on improving health care.

Integrated Benefits Corp. announced that Dr. Michael Durry and Todd Briggs were appointed vice presidents and Mercedes French and Spencer Newell assistant vice presidents for the Lutherville-based health and retirement benefits company.

Technisource named Caitlin Goldstein to the staff as a technical recruiter for the Baltimore-based national provider of information technology and engineering services.
