Today's games

November 22, 2007|By CHICAGO TRIBUNE

Packers (9-1) @ Lions (6-4)

Time, TV -- 12:30 p.m., chs. 45, 5

Fantasy factor -- Packers QB Brett Favre just keeps rolling with 19 TD passes. Lions WR Roy Williams has 55 catches, including five for TDs.

The buzz -- Can anything stop the Packers' machine? Road division games are always tricky, but Favre has the Packers playing over their heads. The Lions' only hope is to rediscover their running game.

Jets (2-8) @ Cowboys (9-1)

Time, TV -- 4 p.m., chs. 13, 9

Fantasy factor -- Jets QB Kellen Clemens, who has completed 59.5 percent of his passes, has three TDs and three interceptions in three starts. Cowboys QB Tony Romo has thrown 38 TD passes in his past 16 regular-season games.

The buzz -- The Jets likely gained confidence after beating the Steelers, but the Cowboys haven't lost to anybody this side of the Patriots and they won't start now. It looks like another happy Thanksgiving in Dallas.

Colts (8-2) @ Falcons (3-7)

Time, TV -- 8:15 p.m. NFL Network

Fantasy factor -- Joseph Addai is running strong with eight rushing TDs and a 4.3-yard average per carry. Falcons WR Michael Jenkins had nine catches last week and is playing a larger role in the team's offense.

The buzz -- Falcons QB Byron Leftwich is hurt again, so Joey Harrington gets another chance. The Colts' defense is hanging in there despite losing DE Dwight Freeney for the season.
