Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Central

Burglary -- Someone broke into Charm City Cupcakes in the 300 block of N. Charles St. through the ceiling early Sunday and stole a laptop computer valued at $2,500 and destroyed a cash register valued at $300.

Northern

Armed robbery -- Police were seeking two teenagers who robbed a man, 62, of his cell phone and $162 about 10 p.m. Saturday as the victim walked in the 3800 block of Hickory Ave. in Hampden. During the robbery, one of the youths implied he was armed with a handgun.

Southern

Arson -- A 2007 Dodge Stratus with tags 7AM M51 was parked in the 1700 block of Chesapeake Ave. early Saturday when someone doused the interior with gasoline and set it ablaze. It was not immediately known whether the vehicle had been stolen.

Assault -- A man, 19, and his 26-year-old sister were arguing in her home in the 800 block of Glade Court about 7 a.m. Saturday when the man was stabbed in the stomach and hand, police said. The man was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center and was expected to survive. Arrested and charged with aggravated assault was Sofia Wilks.

Baltimore County

Pikesville

Vandalism -- Police were seeking the person who poured a bottle of gefilte fish onto the contents of a mail box outside the home of a Jewish family in the 700 block of St. Paul Ave. in Reisterstown on Friday. Anyone with information is asked to call the precinct at 410-887-2179.
