Class 4A East semifinal: No. 7 Old Mill @ No. 6 Broadneck

WHEN -- Friday, 6.30 p.m.

OUTLOOK -- This is a rematch from Week 2, when J.J. Hicks caught an 81-yard touchdown pass from Kyle Colleran with 55.8 seconds left to give the Bruins a 31-28 victory. Both teams are 8-2 and have improved each week behind talented QBs. Colleran has thrown 21 touchdown passes, while Old Mill's Grant Enders has thrown 15. The Bruins have an edge with kicker Chapman Cole.

Class 4A East semifinal: North County @ No. 4 Arundel

WHEN -- Friday, 6:30 p.m.

OUTLOOK -- The host Wildcats (10-0) earned the top seed in 4A East and became the county's 14th team with at least a nine-game schedule to go undefeated in the regular season. North County (6-4), a 30-18 loser to the Wildcats this season, claimed the fourth seed. The Knights are led by junior QB Travis Delizio (1,155 yards, 12 TDs). Wildcats QB Nick Elko has passed for 1,988 yards with 30 TDs.

MIAA B Conference final: Archbishop Spalding vs. St. Mary's

WHEN -- Friday, 7 p.m.

WHERE -- Johnny Unitas Stadium at Towson University

OUTLOOK -- In what is an All-Anne Arundel County championship game, two-time defending champion Spalding of Severn meets St. Mary's of Annapolis. The Cavaliers and Saints tied for first at 7-1 in the league and were 7-3 overall. They last met on Oct. 26, with Spalding overcoming a 13-0 deficit and scoring all of its points in the final period to win 21-19. Evan Hockel (823 rushing yards, 14 TDs) and Nick Whittles (682-3) lead the Cavaliers , while Dontra Peters (1,236, 17) is the Saints' leading rusher.
