IRISH FESTIVAL -- Celebrate the Emerald Isle with live performances from nationally recognized Celtic musical groups and local Irish dancers and get a taste of Ireland with traditional Irish foods. VETERANS DAY -- Living-history volunteers dressed as soldiers from the War of 1812 through World War II will be at Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine to talk about the fort's changing role through time.
