Turnovers dig early hole

The Ravens lost three fumbles in the quarter, the first two leading to a pair of touchdown passes by Ben Roethlisberger, a 17-yarder to Heath Miller and a 15-yarder to Santonio Holmes to give the Steelers a 14-0 lead.

Pittsburgh piles it on

Roethlisberger threw three more touchdown passes, two of them coming off turnovers, to give the Steelers a 35-0 lead before Willis McGahee finally got the Ravens on the scoreboard with a 33-yard touchdown run late in the quarter.

The Ravens' defense finally slowed the Steelers but couldn't shut them out. Jeff Reed kicked a 22-yard field goal with a little under five minutes left to give Pittsburgh a 38-7 lead.
