Flu vaccinations offered starting Friday

Upper Chesapeake Health will hold flu clinics for ages 12 and older.

A pediatric flu clinic and follow-up will be held for children ages 6 months to 11 years. FluMist, a nasal vaccine, also will be available.

The cost is $20, payable by cash or check. Medicare will be accepted. Cards must be shown.

Clinics will be held:

Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Ignatius Church, 533 E. Jarrettsville Road, Forest Hill.

Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Nov. 15 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Chesapeake Conference Center.

Nov. 7 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., and Nov. 18 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Harford Mall.

Nov. 8 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Nov. 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Harford Memorial Hospital, Havre de Grace Room.

Nov. 14 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Jarrettsville Fire Hall, 3825 Federal Hill Road.

Nov. 30 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Holy Spirit Church, 540 Joppa Farm Road, Joppatowne.

The pediatric clinic will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 10 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Chesapeake Conference Center. The follow-up clinic will be held there from 10 a.m. to noon Dec. 8.
