Morgan State has taken the extraordinary measure of asking the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference to declare Saturday's 25-17 loss at Delaware State a no-contest after the MEAC acknowledged its officials erred in denying a Bears touchdown in the fourth quarter.
Athletic director Floyd Kerr said he submitted a request Wednesday to MEAC commissioner Dennis Thomas to remove the loss from Morgan's record.
