Matchup -- Philadelphia KiXX (0-0) at Blast (0-0)

Site -- 1st Mariner Arena

Time -- 7:35

Radio -- WCBM 680 AM

Outlook -- The defending Major Indoor Soccer League champion KiXX and Blast start the league's 2007-08 season in the first of four meetings. They split six games last season, each winning twice at home. The KiXX's win in Baltimore was a crusher for the Blast when a last-second goal produced a 13-12 KiXX win and all but knocked it out of the playoff picture. Philadelphia beat Detroit in the final, 13-8, while the Blast sat out the postseason for the second time in five years. Adauto Neto won't be in the Blast lineup because of a broken foot, and Philadelphia will be without Genoni Martinez, now playing for Monterrey. The KiXX traded for former Blast MF Jonathan Steele.
