Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Northeast

Shooting -- Antonio Terry, 23, of the 1500 block of Sheffield Ave. was shot early yesterday. Terry was talking with a female friend in her car in the 4200 block of Fenwick Ave. shortly after midnight when he left the vehicle and heard gunshots, Officer Troy Harris said. Terry told the friend to leave, fled the area on foot and was shot in the leg. He was hospitalized.

Baltimore County

Essex

Robbery try -- A man, 46, was walking along Back River Neck Road about 2 a.m. Sunday when he was stopped by five boys who demanded his money. When the victim hesitated, one of the youths picked up a bike and struck the victim in the head with it. The youths fled without money or property. The victim was treated at Franklin Square Hospital Center for a broken nose.

Robbery -- A woman, 55, and a man, 21, were walking across the footbridge over Route 702 about 7:35 p.m. Sunday when four men in their 30s, one armed with a handgun, robbed them of a cell phone and a luggage cart the couple was pushing.

Parkville

Burglary -- Someone broke into a house in the 7800 block of Rolling Vista Court through the front door late Saturday and stole a laptop computer, a ring and several CDs. Value of the property was nearly $7,000.

Burglary -- Early Sunday, someone entered Perring Bingo in the 2400 block of Cleanleigh Drive, entered an office and removed $100 from a cash register.

Pikesville

Burglary -- Six watches - together valued at $360 - were stolen shortly before 11 p.m. Sunday by someone who threw a brick through a window at Mirkin's Jewelry in the 1600 block of Reisterstown Road.
