DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- The sheer joy of the team's first victory in a month echoed from the Morgan State football locker room early last night.

The Bears, 33-9 winners over Bethune-Cookman after a dominating second half that featured 24 points offensively and zeros by the defense, jumped around inside their locker room, screaming, "M-O-R-G-A-N! M-O-R-G-A-N! MORGAN!"
