Columbia Bank announced the selection of Teri M. Miller as vice president of commercial banking for the Howard County-based financial institution. She is responsible for business development and commercial portfolio management.

Susquehanna Bank appointed Ploumi Saliaris as assistant vice president and manager of the bank's new Forest Hill branch.

Baltimore County Savings Bank said Margaret Shifler has joined the bank as assistant vice president of support services. She will oversee the bank's checking and electronic functions.

Wilhelm Commercial Builders Inc. appointed Terry Flannery as vice president and director of defense and government services for the Annapolis Junction-based general contractor.

Micromet Inc. appointed Mark Reisenauer as senior vice president and chief commercial officer for the Bethesda-based biopharmaceutical company.

Miles & Stockbridge named Jefferson V. Wright to head the litigation department of the regional law firm. He is also a general counsel to the firm, advising on matters of professional ethics and corporate fiduciary responsibility and liability.
