Millennial Media appointed Peter Bassett as senior vice president of advertising sales for the Baltimore cross-platform mobile advertising company.

Brightview Senior Living appointed Jonathan Tapner as regional manager, overseeing operations of its facilities in Pennsylvania, Missouri and Florida. The Baltimore-based regional senior living and retirement communities company also named Judy McFarland as executive director of Westminster Ridge, its Carroll County retirement and assisted living community.
