Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Central

Robbery -- A girl, 16, was walking in the 600 block of N. Charles St. about 1 a.m. Thursday when she was grabbed around the neck by a man who stole her purse containing $40, and a cell phone - all valued at $365.

Western

Assault -- Two women were arguing in the 300 block of N. Carey St. about 10 a.m. Thursday when one pulled out a box cutter and cut the other woman, 23. The victim refused medical treatment at the scene. Her assailant was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and possession of a deadly weapon. Her name was not available.

Southeastern

Assault -- A man, 61, was arguing with another man, 21, about the younger male playing the TV loudly in a house in the 400 block of N. Milton Ave. on Thursday evening when the older man stabbed the other man in the stomach with a knife. The assailant fled and was being sought. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Robbery -- A man, 50, was walking in the 600 block of S. Eaton St. about 1 a.m. Thursday when a woman struck him over the head with an unknown object, causing the man to fall to the pavement. The man was then assaulted by two male accomplices of the woman and robbed of $40. The victim was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

Baltimore County

Essex

Robbery/arrests -- A deliveryman for Domino's Pizza was about to deliver food to the occupants of a house in the 1200 block of Damsel Road about 6 p.m. Thursday when he was attacked by several males, one armed with a baseball bat, who robbed him of the food, soft drinks and money - all valued at nearly $240. The victim, 19, suffered head injuries and was treated at Franklin Square Hospital Center and released. A short time later, police arrested four boys and charged three of them, 12, 15 and 16, as juveniles with robbery. The fourth, Darryl Owens, 15, of the 900 block of Walnut Grove Road, was charged as an adult and was being held at the county Detention Center in Towson.

Robbery/arrests -- Two teenage males on foot were ordering food from the drive-through window at Taco Bell in the 700 block of Eastern Blvd. about 2:30 a.m. Thursday when they became involved in an argument with the male driver of a car. During the argument, the motorist exited his car, robbed one of the males of his jewelry and drove off.
