Gas station robbed in Glen Burnie

A Glen Burnie gas station was robbed at gunpoint, Anne Arundel County police said yesterday.

The robber entered the Exxon Mobil station at 6701 Ritchie Highway around 6:45 a.m. Wednesday, pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money. He fled with an undetermined amount of cash.

He was described as black, about 6 feet, 1 inch tall, in his 40s, slim and wearing black-framed glasses, a white baseball cap and a white long-sleeve T-shirt.

Pizza deliveryman robbed in Severn

Three teenagers assaulted and robbed a pizza deliveryman in Severn, Anne Arundel County police said yesterday.

The 36-year-old employee of Papa John's Pizza in Odenton was making a delivery on the 8100 Block of Brookmeade Court around 10 p.m. Wednesday when the three robbers assaulted him and robbed him of money and pizza.

Patrol officers, a K-9 unit, and an aviation unit searched the area, but could not find the robbers.

Teen assaulted in Curtis Bay

Four teenagers, including two girls, assaulted a boy on a street in Curtis Bay, Anne Arundel County police said yesterday.

The teenage boy, who lives in the neighborhood, was walking on Chestnut Brook Court around 11 p.m. Wednesday when four youths jumped out of a car, attacked him and robbed him.
