Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.



Arrest -- Troy Gross, 25, of the 4700 block of Pimlico Road was arrested Friday in the 700 block of Cherry Blossom Court by members of the Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with armed robbery. Gross is charged with robbing a man in the 3300 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway on Jan. 18.

Shooting -- A man, 42, was walking in the 3500 block of Reisterstown Road about 2:40 a.m. yesterday when he was shot in the groin and stomach during an argument with two other men. The victim was treated at Sinai Hospital.


Shooting -- Robert Giles, 21, remains in critical condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after he was shot six times about 7 p.m. Monday in the 1800 block of Druid Hill Ave. Police said Giles, who was shot in the chest, an arm and a leg, was unable to identify his assailant.


Shooting -- A man was shot in the right ankle and left calf about midnight Monday by a gunman as he walked in the 2000 block of Ridgehill Ave., near North Monroe Street. The victim was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.


Robbery -- Police were seeking three men, one with a handgun, who entered a KFC outlet in the 900 block of N. Caroline St. about 10 p.m. Sunday through a rear door and robbed the manager of an undisclosed amount of money and two employees of their wallets containing lesser sums.


Theft -- A global positioning system and clothing - all valued at $1,220 - were stolen from a 2000 Audi parked in the 2500 block of Hudson St. Sunday night or Monday morning.
