Great grapes

The lowdown -- This weekend, taste Maryland wine from Harford County while enjoying music, tours of the family-run Fiore Winery, arts, crafts and grape stomping at the 18th annual Wine, Jazz & Art Festival. Hear the David Bach Consort perform on Saturday and the Crawdaddies on Sunday.

Summer fun

The lowdown -- Listen to more than 100 musicians performing music ranging from blues and jazz to rock, country and bluegrass and watch jugglers, magicians, acrobats and dancers at the Caroline Summerfest 2007. Also check out a car show; parade; an up-close look at Maryland wildlife including wild birds, turtles and reptiles; plus fireworks and more.

Mini-golf mania

The lowdown -- Aim for a hole-in-one Saturday at the first Festival of Tees, Baltimore's first national-qualifier miniature-golf tournament that benefits children with cerebral palsy and spina bifida at Kennedy Krieger Institute. Competitors will be vying for two spots in the National Harris Cup Miniature Golf Finals.
