Phillips Edison & Co., a Baltimore-based owner of strip shopping centers, purchased Southern Hills Plaza in Oklahoma City.

Contracts

Chindex International Inc. signed a $5.2 million contract with China to provide medical equipment.

Bonefish Grill opened a 5,300-square-foot restaurant at 696J Bel Air Road in Bel Air.

Phoenix Computer Management LLC opened a retail center at 3411 Sweet Air Road in Phoenix. The site serves as its headquarters as well as a drop-off for computers that need repair.

Organizations

The American Health Lawyers Association named Robert R. Niccolini of the Baltimore office of McGuire Woods to chair its labor and employment practice group.

Relocations
