On June 30, 2007, MARY ELIZABETH COOPER (Nee Ramsey) of Havre de Grace, devoted mother of William Cooper and wife Deborah; loving grandmother of Megan and Katie Cooper; also survived by two sisters, Jean Goodman of Wyncote, PA and Joy Horning of Churchhill, PA. Union Avenue, Havre de Grace, Maryland 21078 on Thursday, July 5, 2007 from 10 to 11 A.M., at which time a Memorial Service will begin. Interment will be private.
