An article in yesterday's Maryland section implied that four people were responsible for the death of Phillip Airey, 36, of Glen Burnie, whose burning car was found off the Baltimore-Washington Parkway last week. Two men are charged with first- and second-degree murder in Airey's death: Michael P. Martin, 28, of Glen Burnie and Robert E. Speake, 18, of Brooklyn. Charging documents name two other persons as possibly having been involved in disposing of the body.

The Sun regrets the error.
