Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Northeastern

Shooting -- A man, 21, was walking in the 4000 block of Montana Ave. about 1 p.m. Tuesday when he was approached by another man who pulled out a handgun and fired several shots, hitting the victim in the right foot. The victim was treated at a hospital and released. No arrest had been made, and police had found no motive.

Central

Robbery -- Police were seeking a gunman who robbed a man, 18, of his keys, a wallet and a cell phone while the victim walked in the 1300 block of Mount Royal Ave. about 12:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Theft try -- A man entered the Peanut Shop in the first block of W. Baltimore St. about 2 p.m. Tuesday and attempted to remove money from a cash register before fleeing.

Theft -- A laptop computer valued at more than $3,000 was stolen from an office in the 400 block of E. Fayette St. between June 13 and Tuesday.

Burglary -- Three lawn mowers - all valued at $1,100 - were stolen Monday night or Tuesday morning from a garage in the 2400 block of Eutaw Place.

Theft from vehicle -- Several compact discs were stolen Tuesday afternoon from a 2002 Chevrolet Blazer parked in the 400 block of E. Fayette St.

Southeastern

Theft -- A laptop computer, several pieces of gold and diamond jewelry, sunglasses and a global positioning system - all valued at nearly $11,000 - were stolen Monday night or Tuesday from the trunk of a 2007 Chevrolet Impala parked in the 3000 block of E. Pratt St.

Theft -- Two radios - valued together at $600 - were stolen Monday or Tuesday from a 2004 Nissan Altima parked in the 600 block of S. Bouldin St. by someone who broke a window to enter the vehicle.

Stolen vehicle -- A maroon 1994 Plymouth Voyager van with tags 620M018 was stolen Monday or Tuesday in the 200 block of S. Robinson St.

Baltimore County

White Marsh

Theft/arrests -- Two teenage girls from Essex were arrested Tuesday night when they attempted to leave Macy's at White Marsh Mall without paying for clothing valued at nearly $600. The girls were charged as juveniles with theft and released into the custody of their parents.

Theft/arrests -- Two Parkville females, one 24 and the other a juvenile, were arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with stealing nearly $700 worth of clothing from J.C. Penney's at White Marsh Mall. The two were detained by a store security officer and charged with theft by police.

Theft/arrests -- Two females attempted to leave a Wal-Mart in the 6400 block of Petrie Way about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday without paying for clothing valued at $233 when they were detained by a security officer. Both were charged with theft.

Essex

Burglary -- A 12-gauge Remington shotgun valued at $500 and a checkbook were stolen Tuesday from an apartment in the first block of Lanoitan Road.

North Point

Robbery -- A 21-year-old female employee of Dreamers, a nightclub in the 4000 block of North Point Road, was walking outside the building about 2 a.m. Tuesday when a man stole her purse containing nearly $100.

Parkville

Burglary -- Someone broke into a garage in the 12000 block of Fork Road on Monday or Tuesday and removed alcoholic beverages from a refrigerator.

Cockeysville

Burglary/stolen vehicle -- Police were seeking a woman who broke into an apartment in the first block of Deepwater Court on Tuesday evening, stole a set of keys, then drove away in the occupant's blue two-door 2000 Chevrolet Z-24 with tags 6CA T44.

Armed robbery -- A deliverywoman for Domino's Pizza in the first block of Cranbrook Road was about to deliver food to the occupants of a dwelling in the first block of Quiet Stream Court about 11:30 p.m. Monday when she was robbed of $20 by two men, one armed with a handgun.

Franklin

Burglary -- A 2005 Baja dirt bike valued at $1,000 was stolen Tuesday from a garage in the 100 block of Foxhaven Court.

Wilkens

Burglary -- Someone broke into an apartment in the 200 block of N. Beechwood Ave. through a rear door over the weekend and removed $500 from a bedroom dresser.

Burglary -- Several cell phones were stolen early Tuesday from AT Wireless and Gift Ideas in the 700 block of Frederick Road by someone who entered through the front door. The phones were valued at more than $300.

Burglary -- An undisclosed sum of money was stolen from a gun locker in a house in the 500 block of Gun Road between May 18 and Tuesday.
