The answer to the question seemed pretty obvious, just by looking at the faces of the Orioles after their latest deflating loss. Brian Roberts sunk his head into his lap after the final out was made. Jay Gibbons threw his head back and exhaled. Kevin Millar and Jamie Walker just glared toward the field in disbelief.

Had the reeling Orioles reached their lowest point? Sam Perlozzo was asked that question after his team fell to the Washington Nationals, 3-1, last night, completing a humiliating three-game sweep. The Orioles' embattled manager stared straight ahead for a second while he formulated a response.

Diamondbacks@O's Tonight, 7:05, MASN, 105.7 FM Starters: Micah Owings (4-1, 3.76) vs. Erik Bedard (4-4, 3.72)
