St. Andrew's United to hold yard sale

St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, 4 Wallace Manor Road, Edgewater, will hold its weekly yard sale from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. today.

The cost is $15 for a 10-by-10- foot space and $5 for a table.

Reservations are suggested.

Concessions will be available.

Grace Baptist plans party for kids

Grace Baptist Church of Sunset Beach, 17 Somerset Road, Pasadena, will hold a children's craft party from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. tomorrow for children to make Father's Day gifts.

A Father's Day breakfast will be at 8 a.m. Sunday in the fellowship hall. All males are welcome. The regular brotherhood breakfast will resume July 1.

Dinner to benefit men's missionary

Glen Burnie United Methodist Church, 5 Second Ave., Glen Burnie, will hold its ham and chicken dinner sale from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. today

The cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children younger than 10.

Proceeds will benefit the mission projects supported by the men's missionary ministry.

Unity by the Bay to present concert

Unity by the Bay, 836 Ritchie Highway, Suite 18, Severna Park, will present a "Summer Prosperity Concert" at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow.

The Stef Scaggiari Trio will perform. Proceeds will benefit the ministry's prosperity fund.

Women's group to meet Monday

The Christian German American Women's Group of Maryland will meet at noon Monday in the fellowship hall at First Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1306 Odenton Road, Odenton.

The event is intended to give German-speaking women the chance to worship and socialize using their native language.

Former pastor to be guest preacher

Vacation Bible school starts June 25

St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 1110 St. Stephen's Church Road, Crownsville, will hold vacation Bible school from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. June 25, 26, 28 and 29.

The school is for children from preschool through fifth grade. The theme will be "Great Bible Reef." Wednesday is family night. Activities begin at 6 p.m.
