Corrections & Clarifications

An article in yesterday's Sun transposed the names of two men involved in a fatal car accident on U.S. 50 near Rabbit Hill Road in Easton. Maryland State Police said Craig Lee Schatz of Delaware was driving a Ford pickup truck that was hit by a Buick Park Avenue driven by Halston Andre Tyler Jennings of Pennsylvania.

An article in yesterday's editions gave the incorrect location of a stabbing that killed Michael LaMaris Simms on Sunday. The stabbing occurred on the first block of S. Chapel St. on the border of Washington Hill and Butchers Hill.

An article in Sunday's editions gave the incorrect location of a training exercise fire in February that killed a Baltimore fire recruit. The exercise was on Calverton Road in Southwest Baltimore.

In Sunday's "A Drink With" column in the Modern Life section, Lorig Charkoudian's drink was misidentified. She was drinking fair-trade coffee.

An article June 1 about Towson University's management of three Cherry Hill schools should have more completely explained the views of state school board member David F. Tufaro. Tufaro was concerned about having too many outside agencies on the partnership's governing board and the impact that would have on accountability.

The Sun regrets the errors.
