Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Central

Theft -- A cell phone valued at $100 was stolen Tuesday from a 1996 Nissan Altima parked in the 700 block of Park Ave.

Theft -- Sunglasses valued at $300 were stolen Monday from a 2006 Honda parked in the 100 block of E. Mount Royal Ave.

Theft -- Jewelry, a watch, keys, a camera and a photo printer - all worth more than $6,000 - were stolen Sunday from a 2001 BMW parked in the 300 block of Water St.

Theft -- A cell phone valued at $150 was stolen Monday from a 2003 Jaguar parked in the 300 block of N. Charles St.

Theft -- A global positioning system valued at $400 and $40 cash were stolen Monday from a 2005 Ford Escape parked in the 200 block of N. Charles St.

Northeastern

Burglary/arrest -- Police responding to a burglary in progress in the 3300 block of Elmora Ave. about 1 a.m. Monday pursued a fleeing man and arrested him. Charged with burglary was Charles Lee Hill, 19, of the 3600 block of Park Heights Ave. Property taken from the house was recovered.

Stolen vehicle -- A tan 2000 Lincoln with tags 6AV B84 was stolen Sunday in the 4200 block of Glenmore Ave.

Stolen vehicle -- Police were seeking a blue 1993 Dodge Caravan with tags 821M530 that was stolen Sunday in the 1200 block of Frailey Way in Armistead Gardens.

Stolen vehicle -- A blue 1995 Dodge Caravan with tags 276M529 was stolen Sunday from the driveway of a house in the 3600 block of Kimble Road.

Southeastern

Theft -- A global positioning system valued at $300 was stolen Monday from a 2000 Cadillac parked in the 3100 block of E. Pratt St.

Baltimore County

White Marsh

Burglary -- Someone entered a storage yard at Engle Construction Co. in the 800 block of Cromwell Park Road on Monday or Tuesday and stole 300 pieces of lumber - all valued at $900.

Burglary -- At least 1,000 pounds of copper cable valued at $3,000 was stolen early Monday from Maryland Recycling in the 8900 block of Yellow Brick Road.

Essex

Burglary -- Cash and video games - all valued at $500 - were stolen Monday from an apartment in the first block of Warren Road by someone who entered through the front door.

Robbery -- A boy, 17, was walking along Bayner Road near Foxwood Lane about 3 p.m. Monday when he was assaulted by four other youths who threw him to the ground and robbed him of a cell phone valued at $200.

North Point

Burglary -- A 2003 Polaris all-terrain vehicle valued at nearly $5,000 was stolen Monday from the rear yard of a house in the 7800 block of Kentley Road.

Franklin

Burglary -- Equipment used to install aluminum siding and valued at $2,000 was stolen from outside a house in the first block of Old Creek Court between May 27 and Monday.

Burglary -- An outdoor grill valued at $250 was stolen between May 28 and Sunday from the rear yard of a house in the 9500 block of Whitehurst Drive.

Burglary -- Police were seeking a man who stole a woman's keys Sunday, entered her home in the first block of Mill Paint Lane in Owings Mills that day and stole jewelry and a digital camera.

Burglary -- Someone entered the Hair Cuttery in the 11700 block of Reisterstown Road through a door over the weekend and removed an undisclosed sum of money from a cash register.

Cockeysville

Robbery -- Police continue to seek a gunman who robbed Dunkin' Donuts in the 2000 block of York Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 10:30 p.m. May 30.

Burglary -- A laptop computer, a U.S. passport and a briefcase were stolen from Bionicare in the first block of Loveton Circle between May 1 and Monday.
