Spicy seafood dishes

Albarino is not a well-known varietal in the United States, but it may be Spain's finest white-wine grape. This version is a vibrantly spicy, bone-dry wine with a lot of zing to it. There are hints of pine, oregano, ginger, lime and grapefruit and a tremendous persistence in the finish. A wine for the adventurous.
