Last issue's Flashback: Congratulations to UniSun readers who recognized Clarence H. Mitchell Jr. of Baltimore, a prominent civil rights leaders who was a Washington representative and chief lobbyist of the NAACP for 30 years. He died in 1984. The city courthouse is named after him.
