Lecture and dedication -- Union Bridge Revitalization Committee will hold a lecture on native son William Henry Rinehart, 1800s sculptor, at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Carroll Arts Center, 91 W. Main St., Westminster. A replica of a Rinehart sculpture was recently installed in the town square. Nancy Kurtz of the Maryland Historical Trust and Dennis Montagna of the National Park Service will speak on Rinehart; and Gary Siegel, New Arts Foundry will talk about the statue. The town will hold a ceremony to conclude its Main Street Revitalization program and dedicate the Rinehart statue at 7 p.m. Thursday in the town square, Main Street and Broadway.
