Day School fair is tomorrow

St. John's Christian Day School will present its annual May fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow at Third Street and Washburn Ave., Brooklyn. The event will feature games, food, a silent auction, book sale and other family friendly activities. 410-355-7296.

St. Andrew's church to hold yard sale

St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, 4 Wallace Manor Road, Edgewater, will hold its weekly yard sale from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow.

Spaces are $10, and no tables will be provided.

Mother-daughter banquet is set

Glen Lutheran Church will hold its annual mother-daughter banquet from noon to 3 p.m. tomorrow 106 Carroll Road, Glen Burnie.

There will be pit beef, smoked turkey, pulled-pork, desserts and beverages, music performances, crafts, door prizes and more.

Tickets are $15 for adults, $7.50 for children ages 6 to 12 and free for children younger than 5.

Christian Women sponsor breakfast

Community of Christian Women, Inc. will sponsor a blessing breakfast from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. tomorrow at Living Hope Church, 508 McCormick Drive, Glen Burnie.

A free will offering will be collected.

Proceeds will benefit the CCW's Women's' Faith Retreat.

St. Andrew's United Methodist Church will present its Spring Fling to New York City from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. May 19, leaving from 4 Wallace Manor Road, Edgewater.

Boarding will begin at 6:15 a.m., and refreshments will be provided.

Tickets are $45, and reservations are suggested.

Eastport United Methodist Church will host a flea market from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 19 at 926 Bay Ridge Ave., Annapolis.

Spring Festival set for May 20

Chesapeake Christian Fellowship will hold a spring festival from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. May 20 at 377 W. Central Ave., Davidsonville.

There will be food, music, games, a moon bounce, pony and hay rides, cotton candy and more.

This is a family event, and each child will win a prize.
