Manekin negotiates office building sale

Manekin LLC has negotiated the sale of 10100 Old Columbia Road, a two-story office building in Columbia.

Lady of Columbia LLC purchased the property from MOR XIX Limited Partnership, an ownership entity of Manekin, for $6.5 million.

The building, which was developed and managed by Manekin, is the former headquarters for GTS Duratek. The site in Rivers Center 19, on the south side of Route 32, offers proximity to the Kings Contrivance Village Center and Fort Meade.

Fiducial, a global provider of financial and business services to individuals and small companies, will relocate from Columbia Town Center to be the sole occupant of the building.
