The Private Bank of America appointed John R. Walker as vice president and private client manager.

Campbell & Co. selected Terri Becks as president and chief executive officer of the Towson-based alternative investment management firm.

Visicu Inc. appointed Robert Pepper as vice president of marketing for the Baltimore-based health care information technology and clinical solutions company.

XLHealth named Karen Rennie director of quality improvement for the Baltimore-based disease management company. She previously was principal and chief executive officer of Adventa Healthcare Solutions Inc.


Black & Decker Corp. appointed Bruce W. Brooks as group vice president and president of the consumer products group, power tools and accessories segment for the Towson-based international tool and appliances maker.


Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. named David Schwartz director of sales for the locally based television broadcasting company, which operates 58 stations in 36 markets.

Cochran, Stephenson and Donkervoet said Mark A. Debinski joined the Baltimore architectural firm as chief financial officer.

The Oasis Design Group, based in Fells Point, appointed Gayle M. Shelden as a project manager for the landscape architecture and urban design firm.

Mary Kraft & Associates named Marcy Stutzman to the business services division of the office staffing firm.

BL Companies selected Robert C. Eitel as a principal of the regional consulting firm. He is manager of the firm's Maryland operations.
