Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Southern

Homicide arrests -- Gary Froneberger, 22, of the 4700 block of Williston St. and John Linton, 24, of the 2500 block of Culver St. were arrested Tuesday and charged with first-degree murder in the death of Abdul Rahim Azzie, 20, of the 4600 block of Parkton St., whose body has not been found. Police declined to disclose the nature of the evidence linking the two men with Azzie's death. Azzie was reported missing March 8, 2005, a month after he was last known to have been seen alive. Froneberger was arrested on the murder charge while being held at Central Booking and Intake Center in an unrelated matter, and Linton was arrested at his home.

Northwestern

Homicide victim identified -- Deshaun White, 21, of no fixed address has been identified by police as the man found fatally shot about 12:15 a.m. Monday in the front yard of a vacant house in the 3600 block of Reisterstown Road.

Eastern

Homicide victim identified -- Eric Queen, 24, of the 200 block of N. Wolfe St. has been identified as the man who was fatally shot about 10 p.m. Monday in the 1900 block of E. Lafayette Ave.

Southwestern

Homicide victim identified -- Lonnie Plateo, 36, of the first block of Hillvale Road has been identified as the man who was fatally shot about 5:30 p.m. Sunday in the 4600 block of Old Frederick Road.

Baltimore County

Wilkens

Robbery -- A man who implied that he had a handgun robbed two out-of-state women of their purses as they and another woman were getting out of a car on the parking lot of the Days Inn in the 5700 block of Baltimore National Pike about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. The purses contained an undisclosed sum of money, personal items and credit cards.
