Third man is sought in strip club holdup

City police are searching for a man they believe was acting as a getaway driver in a holdup of a South Baltimore strip club this month that was thwarted by two off-duty police officers.

Baltimore police say David Robinson, 34,may be driving a black or dark gray, four-door Audi with Maryland tag 2CFR05. Robinson has been charged in a warrant with armed robbery, reckless endangerment and related counts, police said.

On April 5, two men with guns tried to hold up the Fantasies Nightclub in the 5500 block of Pennington Ave. in South Baltimore's Curtis Bay neighborhood. Two off-duty city police officers who happened to be in the club exchanged gunfire with the robbers, killing one man andwounding the other. The dead man was identified as Gregory Eaton Jr., 29, of Hyattsville. The other was identified as Alex Reiff, 24, of Reston, Va. Reiff was charged with armed robbery, assault and related counts?including the illegalwearing of bullet-resistant body armor ? and is being held without bail at Baltimore?s Central Booking and Intake Center.
