Anne Arundel County police have found a Brooklyn Park teenager who they believe was in the passenger seat of a stolen car April 14 as a man was shot and stuffed into the trunk.

Sierra Monet Anderson, 18, of the 3000 block of Third St., was found Tuesday in Baltimore. She is safe and is not facing charges, Cpl. Mark Shawkey, a county police spokesman said yesterday. "We're just treating her as a witness," he said.

Her boyfriend, Antonio Moore, 20, of the 3800 block of Third St., was arrested April 19 in another stolen car, police said. He is charged with attempted first-degree murder, assault, kidnapping and reckless endangerment.

Moore is accused of hitting Teiko Tyrone Johnson, 30, of Brookwood Road on his street with the butt of an assault-style weapon and trying to force him into the trunk of the stolen Toyota Solora. Johnson escaped, but when Michael Jay Francis, 21, resisted efforts to get him into the trunk, he was shot, put into the trunk, and driven off, police said.

The Solara was recovered later with Francis' bloodied clothes inside. He is missing.

Anyone with information about the case is urged to call the Police Department at 410-222-8610. Metro Crime Stoppers, 410-276-8888, is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
