WILLIAM "Bill" FRANCIS RISCH, Jr., 42, of Aberdeen, MD, deceased April 14, 2007. Born May 17, 1964, at Leonardtown, St. Mary's County, MD. Living son of Bernice Shimizu and stepson of the late George T. Shimizu, his interest were cooking, wildlife, art and especially music, his education was Good Shepherd Church School, Perryville, MD, and St. John of Arc School, Aberdeen, John Carroll of Bel Air, MD, Aberdeen High School, graduated June 1982, Harford Community College, Bel Air, MD, being a military dependent during his whole life, he lived in MD, FL, CA, VA, MS, and DE. Mr. Risch was involved in several civic organization, including the following; Jerry Skrivanek Veterans of Foreign Wars, Mens Auxiliary #8185, Charter Member of 521 Susquehana River Road, Port Deposit, MD, Knight of Columbus Council #4714, Bel Air, MD, where he was 3rd & 4th Degree member, American Red Cross Kirk Army Health Clinic, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, where in his many years of volunteer service, was clinic volunteer chairman and in 1986 was awarded Aberdeen Proving Ground Volunteer of the year by Major General and Mrs. Richard Tragemann. During his voluntary services at Kirk Army Health Clinic he had ten years with laboratory and eleven nursing with SVC totaling 21 years. He also enjoyed volunteering at the Perry Point Veterans Administration, Perry Point, MD. He was an avid photographer of animals, nature and places of travel, a member of St. John of Arc Church, Aberdeen. Viewing at William C. Brown Funeral Home, 321 S.
