The release of the seventh and final Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, is just a few months away, and to give millions of faithful fans something to chew on while they wait, the publisher last week released the book's front and back covers.
In a first for the Potter books, the cover is a wrap-around, with the 17-year-old Harry featured with his arm reaching upward. The structures around Harry show evident destruction and in the shadows behind him, we see outlines of other people.
On the back is a powerful image of Harry's nemesis through the series, He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, with his hands outstretched toward Harry.
