Now that Al Gore's movie has won a couple of Oscars and investment gi ant Goldman Sachs has be come eco-friendly in a big way - to name just two "green" examples - the paradox that is Fu sion's Grill should come as no sur prise.

Fusion's angle is that it serves organic vegetables whenever it can and organic salads always. The beef comes from cows that were fed no antibiotics and no hormones. The poultry is antibio tic- and steroid-free.
