The Harford County Development Advisory Committee serves as a forum for the review of subdivision and site plans submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning by those seeking building permits. The committee will review the following proposals at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the second-floor conference room of the Harford County government building, 220 S. Main St., Bel Air:

Lands of Jarrettsville Manor LLC

Location: On the north and south sides of Jarrettsville Road, east of Dulaney Drive.

Developer: Jarrettsville Manor, LLC/Thompson & McCord Associates LLC.

Description: Create six additional single family lots and revise five existing lots, 68.767 acres.

Constant Friendship Business Park-Lot 11

Location: On the north side of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

Developer: Mottley Group, LLC/FWA.

Description: 2,400 square feet addition for 3,400 square foot restaurant, 3.47 acres.

Prospect Mill Park

Location: North side of Prospect Mill Road at the end of Mark Street.

Developer: Harford County/CNA.

Description: Municipal park, 7.84 acres.
