An item in yesterday's Capitol Notebook incorrectly reported the college that is partnered with Towson University's Master's of Business Administration program. The program affiliate is the University of Baltimore.

An article on page 5B of Wednesday's Maryland section incorrectly characterized the status of a plan to combat criminal gang activity supported by Baltimore State's Attorney Patricia C. Jessamy. That proposal was drafted but was shelved in favor of a proposal backed by Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler and introduced by House Speaker Michael E. Busch.

The Sun regrets the errors.
