Planning Board -- The County Planning Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. in Room 407 of the New Courts Building, 401 Bosley Ave., Towson. 410-887-2450.

Community meeting -- The Department of Recreation and Parks will hold a second community input meeting at 7 p.m. at Jacksonville Elementary School Cafetorium, 3400 Hillendale Heights Road, Phoenix, to review the concept plans for park development (Jacksonville Park Site). 410-887-6957.

Development conferences -- The Department of Permits and Development Management will hold a development plan conference on a proposal for 40 single-family dwellings and 66 duplexes at the end of Westford Road, west of Valleyfield Road (Jessop property), at 9 a.m. in Room 123, County Office Building, 111 W. Shelley's Fields -- The county deputy zoning commissioner is to hear more testimony on the proposed Shelley's Fields residential development and recreational complex in Freeland at 9 a.m. in Room 407, County Circuit Court Building, 401 Bosley Ave., Towson.
