Cecil repeats as region champ

Hagerstown -- Les Simmons had 20 points and eight rebounds to lead Cecil Community College to a 69-62 victory over Frederick CC in yesterday's National Junior College Athletic Association Division II Region XX title game.

The Seahawks (30-2), who won the tournament for the third consecutive year, advanced to the 12-team national tournament in Danville, Ill.
